Working with your company has been a very positive experience for me. Cody Alt was the first representative I met and he was very thorough in explaining what the company stands for, what procedures would be taken and the pricing for all I was having done and patient in answering all my questions.

Working with Jose Sanchez, the manager of the projects, was a pleasure. Again, he made sure I understood completely the steps that would be taken with the insulation of the walls, the supercote and the painting of the wood. And believe me; I had lots of questions and concerns. They also did a custom color for the supercote as the color I wanted was not in the swatches. The vinyl siding around the new frosted window on the garage is a very nice added bonus. The workers were very thorough every step of the way, taking care to protect surfaces, and cleaning up after each procedure and making sure I was happy with the finished product. Jose even went above and beyond to pacify an unpleasant neighbor.


Words cannot express how pleased I am with the finished product. I have received so many positive comments about how nice my house looks. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who is contemplating having work done on their house.

Thank you to Pacific Coast Home Solutions for restoring my house back to the like new look it had when we had built it.  Unfortunately, over the years we watched our dream house slowly age.  It was not long before cracks in the stucco seemed to show more and more.  It got to the point where I did not feel good about entertaining in my backyard because I was honestly embarrassed; my ten year old house looked like it was just cracking apart. It really took away from the curb appeal I felt we once had with the house.

I can't thank Pacific Coast Home Solutions enough for the outstanding job they did when they Texcoated our house. The Texcoat crew was on time, polite, and helpful with questions. The foreman, Alex, was available to answer any additional questions I has as well as giving me a second foreman's number to call if I could not get in touch with him with a concern.

The Texcoat Coolwall exterior coating color we chose matched perfectly for my wife.  I am looking forward to the additional benefit of our bedroom not getting so hot this summer as our bedroom wall gets a good 5+ hours of direct sun before it sets.

The Coolwall coating job you guys did for us has far exceeded our expectations - the Texcoat makes our house exterior look new again. No more cracks!!

This letter is to let anyone considering buying windows from Pacific Coast Home that the windows they install are very good. They came in and installed the windows in one day just as they said they would.

They even enlarged the size of a window in each of the 2 bedrooms to comply with the law for egress.

The installation makes our home look much more pleasant and up to date. The fact that the windows are double pained makes them even more efficient than our old windows.

This will save us money on heating and cooling cost over the years.

Start of process: When I received a call from Pacific Coast Home Solutions rep for some reason I agreed to meet the sale man next day.


Sales person came with all the materials showed me all the things I needed to see. I was impressed as well as my family.

Process: After we signed all the paperwork thins got rolling pretty quick. PCHS even got my HOA associations approval. After all the paperwork was done PCHS contacted me to install the windows.

Windows were installed. I was amazed to see how beautiful my windows look. Compare to ugly aol aluminum windows I had.

Dear Potential Window Customer

My name is Bill Rip. I contracted with Pacific Coast Home Solutions to replace several windows including a complex garden window in the kitchen that is built into the roof line and two corner walls.


In the past I had approached other window providers and none of them were willing to tackle the garden window. My only apparent choice was to extend the roof line and install a corner window.

Pacific Coast Home Solutions together with Anlin Windows said they could do the job I wanted and replace the whole window. They were as good as their word. The new garden window is beautiful and other windows  are all excellent as well.

Pacific Coast Home Solutions was timely, polite and very clean in their work in my home. They tackled a job others said they would not try and did it superbly. I would heartily recommend them to you as an excellent choice for replacing your windows.

Dear Pacific Coast Home Solutions,

I am writing to tell you how pleased I am about the products and friendly workers that installed my new front door and windows.

The salesman was very nice and he explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Very soon the workmen cane to measure and they were especially helpful when I could not decide on the glass type.  They helped me go on the computer to look at the glass options and gave me information about the level of privacy each type afforded.

When the work began the workers were very friendly. When there was a problem with the placement of my existing electricity, I was impressed with their ability to go into the wall and move the wiring so that they did not have to call an electrician.

My new Windows and door are so beautiful and well made, they have transformed my living room and it looks beautiful.
